been living here for two weeks and doesn’t seem like anything gets fixed. i’ve had maintenance issues and requests put in since day one (broken garbage disposal, serious water damage, broken cabinets, broken closet door, etc.) and nothing has been fixed so far. within two weeks the water has been shut off three different times. make sure if you move in you check your air filter immediately; here is a picture of mine when we moved in. they never came and replaced it when asked multiple times so i had to buy one and replace it... read more
Completely infested with German roaches. Moved in April 2025 and have been fighting them the whole time until now, Dec 2026. The pest guy just sprays repellent which does nothing. I spend my own money to buy gell bait and put it out twice a week and i cant get rid of them because someone cut all the drywall behind the sink out so there is nothing stopping them coming in. I recently moved into this community and have had multiple serious maintenance issues that still haven’t been addressed. I reported most of them on my move-in inspection and followed up directly with the office, but after more than two weeks there has been no progress or communication about repairs.
