Beware of this clinic’s customer service. I went off their prescription 7 months ago and monthly membership payments were continuously deducted for 7 months. After going to a new credit card I received a call from the Ashley Clinic alerting me my payment was missed. I asked them to please cancel since I have not used their services. They acknowledged I hadn’t used their services but demanded payment anyways. Contract aside. Dr.Pollard is real nice but it is hard to get appointment because no one answer phone even on the day they are open and they say they going to do something but never follow up with the patient also I requested a refill and they do not give one.
