For downtown living, it's incredibly affordable (aside from parking) with a lot of great amenities. It's right in the heart of downtown so you have access to lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms themselves are very clean, and maintenance responds very quickly when you need something fixed. Highly recommend it!
