Scheduled an appointment in advance to tour at 12:30pm over the phone. The worker was very rude and unwelcoming, acted as if we were lying, and stated that we couldn’t see the place because we didn’t have email correspondence. Last time I checked, it was their responsibility to email us the confirmation to tour.

Fantastic place to stay in. Great location, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Also some pretty views of downtown!
