Rudest, most arrogant and condescending customer interaction with a leasing office I've ever experienced. Avoid this place at all costs. Entire leasing staff is unwelcoming and insulting. Their behavior is like they were doing me some giant favor by even allowing me into the building to see their tiny subpar apartments. And both leasing directors I spoke with were somewhat bullying and 100% condescending. It's a glorified dorm. Not a place for adults at that price point.
Amazing views and phenomenal layouts. One of the few top tier luxury buildings in Downtown Brooklyn where your money is so well spent. A true architectural gift to Brooklyn residents everywhere.
What an amazing building. My daughter is renting an apartment and loves it.
