Overall, the place is becoming a ghetto. When we moved in 8 years ago the place vetted its tenants and tried to keep the peace amongst the neighbors with a plan for placement that included understanding of proper leasing. Now we have had everything from drug dealers to abusers to families with multiple tenants including a 150 pound dog and a day care during the day. If you want peace and quiet don't rent here.
Too many issues to name here. Flood in my apt in Feb. due to old leaky & neglected faulty water tank in apt upstairs. No assessment of the damages for a month. Walls and ceiling had water in them & were never checked and treated for mold. Homeless people have access to and are living in vacant apts. left unsecured electronically by the office staff. I've been here 10 years, but the past year has seen this property go downhill fast. Building maintenance is atrocious. Maintenance for individual units takes a long time because there's only ONE man available. I have MANY photos of the degradation. of this property, but this site won't let me add them. I AM EMBARRASSED FOR FRIENDS TO SEE WHERE I LIVE.
This has been the best move in process! Rhonda is amazing, and the complex is gorgeous.
