I have lived here for a few years. I can say that management does change often, however the current team we have now (Casey, Adriana, and Andrea) has been the best team. I see lots of reviews saying they are the worst, and while everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I strongly disagree. This place felt like it was going downhill because the previous office staff didn't do much. Update: I am adding this addendum to correct what I personally believe to be an unfair misconception about the new management - Adriana, Casey and Andrea. When they first arrived, they were faced with a seemingly insurmountable backlog of maintenance requests that had unfortunately not been completely dealt with by the old management and the constant changeover of maintenance teams, which has I believed since stabilized. Online sources say this used to be a nice place. However, the recent black mold issues are unnerving. According to Facebook posts, the complex understands the black mold issue, but is choosing to ignore it.
