Awful. My hair was not cut the way I wanted it. I was told to come back in and get it touched up. Upon arrival the stylist was hostile and arguing with me the I did not style my hair correctly and "its cut evenly, it only looks uneven because of the way I did your highlights", as if that makes it better. Walked out.
