I have a friend that previously worked as a bud tender here and after hearing such great things I decided to stop in while I was in the area. Definitely worth the visit !
I love The Artist Tree. Super convenient location for me and they have different deals each day. Staff is always super cool. Antonio helped me out tonight — he’s super knowledgeable, chill and honest about products. Spent a lot of time with me, answering my annoying questions and helping me figure out what was best. Really pleasant visit, overall.
Extremely disappointing experience! The bud tender was incredibly rude and unfriendly every question I asked was met with attitude. At first, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. I will never go back in after the way the bud-tender treats people! I walk in and get a dirty look of I am broke, homeless or dirty! his comments were very condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable! Even I had a new sweater, pants and shoes on! I had a really disappointing experience shopping here. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the whole visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the advertised discounts were misleading and not what they seemed. I won’t be shopping here again and would recommend others be cautious before visiting. If you are the owner, feel free to reach out. The worker here was incredibly rude.
