yesterday I had the worst experience here which left me visibly shaking and my heart pounding through my chest. I explained that there was a discount online for bulk stiiizy vapes and the Asian man with the star pimple patch on his face was aggressive, rude, and kept insisting that I was being rude to him, but I simply asked him for patience so I could show him on my phone what the prices were showing up as online. I went to WS to get a new Le Creuset pot and walked out with a pot and a baking pan. Victor was amazing! He was so sweet and answered all my questions about size, price, and how to best set up my set of pots. I will surely call on him the next time I'm back in the store.
The staff here is terribly rude and sensitive. I live nearby and came in to grab my usual with the expectation that I get the same price and service as before. Apparently there’s a neighborhood discount that you can get that I’ve gotten for about a week. The staff this morning apparently was unaware of the discount and said it was something a manager had to do. I don’t write reviews for dispensaries, but this is specifically for Thomas. Great vibes plus knowledgeable and good conversation made the dreadful trip to the dispensary worth it over placing a delivery. My faith in good customer service in LA has been slightly revived
