First time client, cute store. I would give 5 stars just for the lady from upstairs who helped me, she did great job. But cashier killed perfect first impression. He should work on his customer service skills. I don’t care how hard you hate your job but don’t take it on customers lol. Front desk guy and upstairs lady are awesome!
I come here regularly and have always had great experiences with the staff—everyone is usually friendly and welcoming. That’s why this stood out so much. This visit was completely different. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt off. The employee (who seemed new) avoided eye contact and had an unpleasant attitude. When I asked a simple question about a military discount, it turned into unnecessary tension instead of a normal interaction. I’ve been coming here since they open and if you pay attention to the days of week and what discounts there are you’ll be getting the best brands for the best prices. Also if you have any issues (especially with all in one vapes) they honor their seven day refund policy and they take good care of their longtime customers. I’ve been a loyal client around three years till last time. Absolutely disappointed customer service. I was at the store two days ago. In addition to the fact that the consultant on the second floor, was soo high she selling the product did not inform me about its appearance and quality at all!! I first started going here years ago when it was not a legal dispensary lol. Now Artist Tree has moved in, and it's cool. I like the atmosphere upstairs. The staff there are all super chill. Viktor helped me last visit, and he was cool too. I hope Artist Tree treat their employees well and pay them a living wage.
