One of the truly special places I've lived at in my life. When we came from SD to live in Petaluma due to work and adding a little guy during our stay, I can say there isn't many places better than the artisan in petaluma. It's a great location next to many grocery stores and with a trail in the back for walks/jogging. There's a really nice pool there too and with a nice outdoor space that you can rent which is very nice. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this apartment complex, especially the maintenance and front office team. Horacio is truly one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve ever experienced. He is incredibly kind, patient, and skilled, and it’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. The Artisan is truly one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in. The grounds and landscaping are beautifully maintained, and the pool and hot tub area are spacious, clean, and inviting. Its location is also incredibly convenient, with great shopping and restaurants just minutes away.
