The Artisan is a lovely place to live. It is pet friendly, clean, beautiful and has a lot of amenities including a game room, hot tub, gym and pool! Jacqueline is super friendly & helpful. She is a great staff member and makes you feel very welcome and a part of the community. 5/5 star recommend!
I am very late with this review! But Horacio, one of the staff members came very quickly to my apartment and helped change my fire alarm! I greatly appreciated how fast he came, and how kind he was! Thank you so much, and I apologize for being so late with this review!
I’ve lived in The Artisan for three years, and it’s a truly phenomenal place to live. The apartment and amenities are fantastic, and everything is very clean and safe. But most importantly, the staff are absolutely incredible! Jaqueline is always so friendly and welcoming, and is such a bright spot of the day every time I run into her. And Horacio is also super friendly and always on top of everything. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it gets handled promptly and amazingly. Would highly recommend staying here!
I’ve been here for 4 months, and I’m already regretting signing a longer lease. I can’t wait to move out. The staff has been great, so I’ll give two stars for them, but the property itself and the issues with neighbors are why I can’t rate it higher. Besides the constant noise from the dog upstairs, there have been new problems within the last month. I've been living at The Artisan for 10 months, and I love it here. It's in a great location with easy access to the Hwy 101 and stores such as Safeway, Peet's and Noah's Bagels. The apartments are modern and spacious. The leasing agents and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. I love the pool, the gym, and the stylish indoor community space. There's even a place designated for washing our dogs! The amenities, grounds, and common areas are beautifully kept. I am very happy here.
