The office staff at The Artisan are absolutely fantastic! Jacqueline and Alexander were super helpful when I first moved in—they made the whole paperwork process smooth and easy, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. Jacqueline is amazing at staying on top of any maintenance requests; she always keeps me updated and makes sure everything gets fixed quickly. I've been living at The Artisan for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are modern with open floor plans, updated kitchens, and lots of natural light. The community amenities like the fitness center and outdoor spaces make it easy to relax and stay active. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and parks, yet peaceful enough to feel like home. Got to meet Horacio and Alan this morning. Delightful young men. Replaced 2 light bulbs answered a few trivial question's and off to the next maintenance call.
They have great maintenance, always quick to arrive , with a respectful and great attitude and do a great job every time . Horacio + Alan are Amazing people .
