Corrupt management. Jonathan abuses his power, discriminates and threatens with eviction while parking in a spot you pay for. He doesn't do his actual job, which is managing the property. You pay "Resort style" prices but the Jacuzzi has not worked in years. It's a gross communal bathtub. Hidden fees on top of your high rent. Don't expect to use your patio or balcony. As soon as you sign that lease be prepared to be miserable, micro-managed and discriminated against.
My review is 0. Since I've moved in I've been told basically this is not my home even though I'm paying $3000 for a tiny 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen sink doesn't even have updated fixtures on it. The bathroom sink still doesn't have hot water and the bathroom fixtures and bathtub are tiny and ancient. I was informed today by the manager that the patio was not a part of my apartment but the complex was gracious for allowing me to use it and put a chair on it. Seriously?
