This pathetic excuse for an apartment complex was provided to us as temporary housing through my wife’s company. We only stayed there a day and a half and left due to inexcusable maintenance/cleanliness issues. The complex looks nice from outside but beware. From the moment we walked in: roaches, plumbing issues (overflowing toilet, no hot water) As for the hot water issue, it turned out that the management had failed to turn on gas to the entire unit. I just left a two story house with swimming pool and moved into Broadstone at Strawberry Creek and I couldn't be happier!! The apartments are perfect little homes. For sure not like your average apartments. It has all the amenities needed. Full size washer and dryer is truly a blessing. The grounds are beautifully kept. Very pet friendly. Luv my apartment, safe and friendly complex. The best part is a private baloney and washer and dryer in the unit.
