It's an emergency room not the Ritz Carlton. Expect to wait and for some nurses to be more knoedgeable than others.
Reception folks were nice. My parishioner is very satisfied with their work and said goodcwas good.

Our 13 year old Irish Setter took a turn for the worse on Sunday afternoon. I called the OSU Vet Clinic in Dublin. When we arrived, we had a family of ten people to be with Max. They immediately took Max for exam. Receptionist was so sweet and compassionate. The techs were quick to respond and comforting. The Dr was very sympathetic and informative. Thank you OSU Vet Clinic for everything you did for Max and his family. It was one of the saddest times but OSU was there to offer support, compassion, knowledge. We will forever... read more
