This is about our recent move-in experience. Jodi and Ava were outstanding in their professionalism and customer service. They were warm, personable, and they knew their stuff. The Artemis is beautiful and clean. Jodi and Ava had low pressure sales - all the pressure came from us. 😂. We wanted to move in fast and we wanted to move into two apartments. Artemis is new, safe, and clean. The buildings are conveniently located between Mass Ave and the Minuteman Commuter Bike Trail.
The Artemis management team and Dan were incredibly helpful! I reached out about needing my air filter replaced, and they responded right away by submitting a maintenance request. They also made sure to ask for my permission before entering my unit, which I really appreciated. I was away on vacation, and Dan was able to replace the air filter while I was gone. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciate the prompt communication and excellent service!
three false fire alarms alerted in the middle of the night (around 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM), which severely disrupted the entire three building's sleep. While Dolben, the property management company, always sends an email claiming they have "taken action," the problem is never actually fixed. Don't let the "luxury" label fool you. We pay luxury prices but do not get a luxury experience.
