I would give zero stars if I could. The unit below mine onstantly smokes marijuana, and property management refuses to take action. The smoke caused serious discomfort and health issues. Midnight PM 2.5 is at toxic level in my unit. Update Feb-18: (1) The most recent incident (happened two days ago showing that the issue has not been resolved). Persistent smoke (including marijuana odor) regularly enters our unit, especially during quiet hours. We have documented elevated indoor PM2.5 levels and notified management multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.
