I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Divers' office today. I have been to her office on 3 different occasions over the past few years and have always had a positive experience. My last visit was for an overall check up with the P.A., Terri. I saw her again, today, for a few "spots" on my face, arm and torso I wanted removed. Terri and the rest of the staff I encountered during my visit, were professional, cordial and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in less than an hour.

Three weeks later I received a letter letting me know that this office has a policy of only addressing ONE issue per appointment and alerting me that I would need to call to schedule multiple appointments to discuss multiple issues. As a veterinarian, I know how difficult it can be to run a timely schedule, but this is absurd. I can... read more
