My husband went to get a 30 minute shave as a gift that I gave him for Valentine's Day. His appointment was at 1PM and they didn't even see him until 1:25PM. Next thing I know he was calling me at 1:50PM as he was walking out of the place. He didn't even get a 30 min shave. The worst part is he bled from the shave (he told me that when the lady took off the cold towel there was blood), but of course when I called to complain they swore he didn't bleed.
