messi101m, I know exactly what you’re talking about. I used to work for Taos at another store. The Dallas Galleria was signing up like 20 customers a week on that auto ship plan. I was always asking myself how are they doing that??? Well you brought it to light. Signing up people and they didn’t even know. I can see why all the stores are closed now. Sloppy way of doing business.
Got me another safety razor after losing mine in miami
Today at the Art of Shaving in Addison, Miss Cookie gave me a Head/Face shave. It was the best treatment and experience i have ever had. I have been to many Art of Shaving locations nationwide and hands down she’s the best. Her 20 plus years of experience and knowledge is very obvious. EDIT: The CEO reached out and made it right. They directed my dad and brother to a different location that had better capabilities and took very good care. I just wish this location was more willing to help. Thank you Art of Shaving for righting the wrong! Wish there was an option for ZERO stars. I made an appointment for my brother to have his beard cut for Christmas. They canceled him because HE IS IN A WHEELCHAIR! They could have easily made it work but they refused. Horrible customer service So i went there and I bought products around 150 dollar and the manager ( he’s short guy with beard ) he told me to make account with them so i can purchase Online and I don’t have to drive and i did put my information there so after that i start getting charged every 2 months of products I don’t need and it get shipped to the house.
