Zeke trimmed down and shaped my beard making it look very sharp! Chatted a bit and asked questions regularly to make sure I was happy with it's appearance; also gave advice on how to maintain it as well. The shop sells everything from Razors, oils, Combs and more if you need anything. Convenient beard trimming if you're staying at either of the hotels connected to MoA, live in the Twin Cities, or it's only a short train ride South to the mall if you're on an extended layover at the airport.
Scheduled a hair cut and beard sculpt 5 days in advance for 5:45pm. An employee from the shop called me the morning of my scheduled appointment claiming that the barber cleans his space and leaves at 6:30pm so they could only do one of the two scheduled services. They then called me back five minutes later saying they had second barber that could do both at the regular scheduled time. Worst customer service. Upon calling the phone always goes to voicemail hence unable to book reservation. When you go to the store they say barbar isnt available. Horrible!
