Spent 45 mins with Kenny at their Stanford store; he was superb, incredibly knowledgable, patient and helpful. As a beginner to the world of straight edge blades Kenny talked me through best practice from top to bottom and used the stores sink to demonstrate the different gels, creams and oils. I went home and tried it for the first time with all my new gear and voila - clean shave and no cuts. Thank you Kenny.
it is a unique rediculous shopping experience！I bought 2 heated razor on art of shaving website, but they over charged me again and again!!! The last transaction 477.42$ was successful on 6/3. However the first transaction was 441$ on 5/13 already go through!!! We called staff many times, but no one gave me the answer, let me wait for ever.
