I just recently had my ACL and meniscus repaired by Dr. Ackerman. I have been blown away by the amazing customer service from day one, and excited to continue on to PT with them! Very glad this practice was recommended to me, will recommend them to others as well!
Went for a second opinion today and had an amazing experience with Dr. Ackerman. This man went above and beyond to explain my son's treatment plan for his nasty collarbone break. The staff was great, and the xray tech Mallory were all fantastic with my son. Would highly recommend this place!!! Thank you so much for all you do!
What an absolute joke. The lady in billing was extremely rude. Gave an attitude most of the call. She made 3 different excuses up for not being able to help me. I must add that when I went a month ago, the lady at the front desk told me at 330 that they could not see me because the doctor left, this is after they assured me on the phone that I could be seen up until 4 as a walk in
The staff was great even though I was irritable bcuz I was in pain and Dr. D was awesome. Glad I found this facility ☺☺
RecommendedThey have operated on me since the Great Dr Green, 1988, Dr Herbert did my hip replacement,2001, beautiful job, Dr Ackerman R. Shoulder arthroscopy 2016, great care always. Staff very helpful as well, I highly recommend there services. Shoulder and knee injections as well. They encourage alternatives instead ok f unnecessary surgery
