Dr. Mauer is thorough and helpful. He listens to a patient's concerns. I appreciated his conservative approach to my hand injury and not rushing right to surgery on my Dominant hand. The only complaint I have is the lack of complying with completion of needed forns in a timely manner by staff and an additional fee for that paperwork to be processed. This is a policy that needs to be reviewed and changed.
