DO NOT LIVE AT THE ARLINGTON APARTMENTS I moved to Spanish Fort because of work in January 2026. I looked at several apartments and decided on The Arlington apartments. I really thought it would be a great place to live, I was wrong! The staff is horrible, rude, and unprofessional. And In my opinion, they lack compassion, and have no morale compass. Does anyone know what was up last night 4/11/26 at the pool with the crowd and all the gun shots!?!?! I saw a rowdy group and heard multiple guns and a few cops showed up as everyone vastly left!?!?!?
the basketball court is always going through repairs and take awhile to open up after closing
Worst place to live. It's loud parking sucks and you are charged extra to make a payment for your rent. Ridiculous
