Supports failure to vacate criminalization for someone late on rent (the only state to criminalize a late payment) and no requirement for landlords (themselves) to maintain any aspect of the property.
These people overturned the rights of their tenants from becoming the same as every other state because they enjoy not upkeeping property, paying as little property tax as possible and make as much of the people they sucker into living there. The PAC for Ar Realtors gave Sen. Jason Rapert $1000 in March 2018. He went on to call an Arkansas Gubernatorial Candidate "Jezebel." I asked if they supported calling powerful women names like this, and they would not answer. How am I supposed to bring my daughter up when a corporate entity that empowers many women won't stand up against name calling of women by those in power?
