Decent apartments; good value but old.
I've been here 2 years and I'm quite happy. It's an older complex and has big, beautiful oak trees. There are only 1 and 2 bedrooms so it's mostly adults and generally quiet. There's only one laundry room, but I've never had a problem getting a machine. Most units have W/D connections if you want to go that route. The parking lot can get very full late at night, but other than that, I haven't really had any problems.
Horrible ac units. My bill was 200 dollars and I get free nights.
