I genuinely hate to be that person, but these apartments suck !! You can never reach the leasing office. I’ve witnessed the agents hang up the phone if there is a guest in the office. EVERYTIME I call they never answer and by the time I get off work and home the office is closed so I have to wait for my off days for any concerns. I was promised certain repairs for my apartment when I first moved in and I literally had to beg for them to come and they finally did 1 month later. DONT RENT HERE . SECURITY SUCKS MAINTENANCE SUCKS RENOVATED UNITS COME WITH LEAKS AND MOLD .
This is a nasty community to live in it’s filled with roaches they charge what they want for rent different months they don’t fix shit nowhere to park your car if your a resident there gates always open cars broken into don’t rent here honestly find somewhere else you guys need to pay attention to the reviews for real everyone that said anything is not lying.
Do NOT move into here. Everything from the move-in process up until even now has been a nightmare. The gate never works/ is always broken, which led to my car being broken into. Anybody can just come in as they please! The hot water is ALWAYS out every week. And if it's on a weekend you're out of hot water for at least 3 days. Made a noise complaint numerous times about a neighbor blasting music past 10 PM. Had to handle it MYSELF.
