The Arden at Cypress Station is a wonderful place to reside; it's friendly. Mr. Eric is always there to answer your questions. He is a very nice lease manager who walks the property to make sure that it is kept up. Jazmine is a magnificent staff member who is very patient when she is helping out a new tenant or goes above and beyond to help others. The maintenance staff works quickly and gets the job done; they keep the property well-kept. Love you guys! I have called the Arden my home for 13 years I love it HERE
These apartments are horrible. I have been here for 3 years. Been through about 5 different property managers. I upgraded to a 3 bedroom earlier this year and was moved to an apartment that wasn’t ready. I have been in this particular apartment for 6 months and have had to put in many work orders. Maintenance does not fix anything, the office do not care and they never answer the phone nor know what is going on within their apartment complex. Purposely got myself evicted from these apartments, I couldnt take it anymore. Everything was nice, lovely and dandy but Eric and this new management team is the absolute worst, when i talked to them in person they admitted to not reading my emails or listen to my voicemails, despite me being extremelyunderstanding and polite to them, my issue was not resolved.
