The Ardea is okay. inside finishes very nice. convenient, close to streetcar, tram. however, not very social or sense of neighborhood for couple in 30s. problems with leasing office.
Nice Units, Horrible Management - AVOID These units are lovely, with nice views and good soundproofing. When we moved in, The Ardea was expertly managed by local company Gerding Edlen. We moved in here because of the location and the safety/quality factors. However, this year, mega-corporation Riverstone Residential has taken over and the building has become miserable.
