About this business

When we decided to bring the first nitrogen-based, handcrafted ice cream to Louisville, we did so with one main goal in mind: to offer an all-new take on a classic treat that's fresh, delicious, and made from your imagination. By using all-natural ingredients and liquid nitrogen to freeze your ice cream right in front of your eyes, we're making ice cream more fun than ever. Just tell us what you'd like to try -- with a large amount of flavors and add-ins, there's virtually no limit to what you can create! As a family-run, lo... read more

Fantastic birthday party for kids! The liquid nitrogen demonstration had the kids in awe and filled with giggles! It was science, games, cake and ice cream. Low stress, low mess, tons of fun for all ages!

Great people and a great dessert. Love that I can customize my flavors and toppings and there's just something neat about it - it's like eating science.

I loved having the wide variety of choices. I would have given you 5 stars, but my husband wasn't quite as pleased as I. I am looking forward to our next visit.

Personally, I disagree with all these people saying it's the best ice cream. Regular ice cream and custard is way creamier and tastier. Maybe they did something different that night. Back home we have Cold Stone and they make it fresh everyday. They're way friendlier and act like they're happy to see you. You can also sample whatever you want. If I ha... read more
