Ice cream was pretty good, but too expensive.
I love this place. I no longer eat dairy but, dang it, I love ice cream. At Arctic Scoop I can get “ice cream” made with sugar free almond milk and I can make it whatever flavor I want! Usually, ice cream places may have one or two dairy-free options, but being able to make something whatever flavor I want is awesome! I basically live at this place now.
I've never heard of or been to a place like this. My son took me. Everyone was very friendly and the ice cream was amazing!!!

I recommend that if you are going to be closed for s private party, announce it on your Facebook page. We drove 20 minutes to get some of arctic scoop ice cream, to be met with a sign saying closed for a private party. In the end we ended up going to the comfy cow which was amazing. But not what we originally drove for.
I love the ice cream here. I always get honey and cinnamon. The staff is nice and responsive. It's a bit more expensive but every time I come to Louisville I try to make sure I get some.
My wife and I saw the store on Hurstborne Lane while in Louisville last night, and as we were looking for some ice cream decided to stop in, and we are very happy we did. We had never heard about this process, and were very inquisitive about it. Your staff at this store, two young ladies were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable and also made the entire experience a very pleasant one.
