Most pathetic service possible. Staff is rude as hell and treat residents like pests. I have been suffering with plumbing issues from 2 weeks and after repeated calling to the leasing office for service, no one comes to fix the issue. The leasing office yells back at you for calling them.

The Arches Apartment is beautiful to look at.Its quite well maintained. Swimming pool,gym,laundry,personal patio work best for me. I stay in a 1BHK but it's quite spacious,layout of my apartment steals my heart. I only wish washroom was a bit bigger.
