Our AC stopped working in during a hot evening. The lady tried resetting it and it completely shut down everything. We asked for a different room and were told that they were at full capacity. The last couple of nights we noticed rooms next to us were still empty. This hotel is huge and she told us she is only going to waive $30 facility fee for one night while she laughed at us saying it is hot in here. She was rude and told us how our comfort is not important. Never staying here again. Horrible staff.
Called a the number listed as "front desk" month prior to arrival to request a specific room. Was told by the person on the phone the room was available. When arriving was told at the front desk that number is for a call center, not the hotel and that the room we requested does not exist and no notes about our call. Rooms are much smaller than shown on the website.

There are just curtains everywhere, which is for the better, I guess. I’m not blaming the staff, but definitely the unclear advertising and the *clinically insane* architect. Big boat vibes. The location is the best gem of this hotel. We have a little struggle with the AC and the cleaning. There is a subway station in front and it’s so easy to go anywhere in the city
Nice hotel that is easily accessible from the T Greenline C route. The rooms were clean, with plenty of room for a family of 3. We had a problem with our thermostat on the first night and it was quickly fixed once we notified the hotel about it. Breakfast was hit or miss on the options available, but overall it was good. One thing to note, it will likely vary by carrier but Verizon wireless service was virtually nonexistent in the interior rooms.
