After our arrival from Europe, Boston and the hotel were a good acclimatization starting point to our planned US visit during the next 3 weeks. The room with a window overlooking the atrium is best booked at the top so you won't be disturbed by the atrium light. The beds, air conditioning and bathroom are very good or even above standard. The hotel is located a little bit outside of the city center, but the Greenline subway stop is right in front of the hotel. 5/5 Excellent I booked 5 nights at The Arcadian back in January for a stay this September. The reason for booking was based on the price, I was looking for as cheap as I could go basically. After booking I started reading the reviews on various sites and was really worried to be honest. The hotel was getting a lot of awful reviews. Clean and quiet. Great location. Definitely weird vibes. Rooms feel like a dumpy motel with some new fixtures bolted in. Parking is $45/night, not $25 as I was told on the phone.

Pros: perfect placement right across the street to take the T train, cool layout, it was safe location. Cons: the breakfast was TERRIBLE. The “continental breakfast” was the worst by far i have ever had and i have stayed in different star rated hotels. It is quite disappointing for a place that charges that much a night to have such a lackluster breakfast.The fruit (oranges)all of it was expired and mushy, the “hot food “included over boiled eggs that tasted also terrible.
