**1 star — Book elsewhere.** We had a reservation during a historic, history-making nor’easter that made traveling to Boston unsafe. Our flight was actually **canceled because of the storm**, and the airline refunded us because they recognized the circumstances for what they were: an extraordinary weather event completely outside our control. Booked my room directly through the hotel site only to find when I arrived, there was no room for me. Thankfully, I had my confirmation email to give them and they had cancellations so there was a room available for us. The supervisor on shift was great and helped us get into a room at my original booked rate. The room itself was fine, as others have said the air conditioning is loud when it kicks on, but I'm grateful to have a cold room. The shower is small, but gets the job done. Nice hotel in a great quiet location, right near a train stop. The hotel bar needs to be made a priority to management. Not stocked with the drinks on the menu. The biggest issue is having the front desk staff pulling double duty instead of having someone bartend. You have to hail someone to walk over to the bar whenever you need to order something.

hotel molto bello, in ottima posizione per visitare la citt�. parcheggio interno, palestra e bevande calde 24h. Interni di design, disegnato e realizzato in modo super. personale gentile. piccolo market con snack e simili disponibili sempre. davvero un hotel splendido.
