Wir mussten heute beim Check In fast 170 USD extra zahlen, obwohl die die kosten bereits beglichen wurden. Als ich dann nachfragte warum, wurde ich ausgelacht und es hieß es wären Servicegebühren für das Fitnessstudio, Gebäude, Frühstück. Das Ganze für 2 Nächte. Das Zimmer ist dunkel und riecht seltsam, die Klimaanlage läuft nicht richtig, die Toilette ist viel zu niedrig und die Klobrille ist kaputt. Bei so einem Service, nie wieder...
Terrible experience. Simple things like merging 2 reservations are impossible in this hotel. Rooms are fake updated - super low toilet is hard to seat, room had bad smell if you turn off the AC. Staff unreasonable with customers - lack of common sense and customer first thinking.
Hotel confortável, mas achei estranho os quartos não terem janela para fora. Todas as janelas são internas, não entra luz do dia.
