I would caution anyone staying here. My first reservation was cancelled with no comment given. When I contacted them, they would not give me an answer as to why except we can book you another room. Although the rooms are pretty nice and it is in an awesome location: the staff doesn’t do what they say, the AC in the rooms do not function properly, the toilets back up, the elevator stops working, and the breakfast for the $60 resort fee is pretty sad. Hotel pulito arredato bene, comodo il garage anche se costoso. La posizione è comoda vicino alla metro Green Line. La colazione un disastro: spazi insufficienti, mancano le uova strapazzate (in USA!!) non c’è praticamente nulla da mangiare che non siano pane e Philadelphia. Evitate queste figure mediocri

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. Arrived at 5pm to a 1.5 hour check in line wrapping around the lobby and what looked to be only two people working in the entire hotel. Waited for over an hour just to get to the front desk, only to be told there was NO ROOM for me despite my PREPAID and nonrefundable reservation I had placed directly through their website. 1.5 hour check in. No AC. Awful breakfast. Sink didn't drain. It's a shame because great location and pretty hotel. Room was 80 degrees. Ongoing problem that they know of and don't fix.
