My nephew has lived here for the past two years, and my other nephew will be moving in this year. The difference between the previous management and the new management is honestly night and day. Everyone in the leasing office was fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to answer our questions before we even had the chance to ask them. The residents play such loud music at 2am and seems like the building allows it.
I have had a great experience living at the Arc Residence! The studio apartments are cozy, modern and come fully furnished which made moving in so easy. I also love the cute TV they have in the studio suites and how everything you need is already provided. The building is clean, well-maintained and the overall atmosphere is comfortable. Definitely a great place to live!
