Wouldn’t recommend this place even to the enemy. What’s the point of having so many “managers” when no one is available. What’s the point to make an appointment on specific time slot when you have to wait for an hour after the appointed time because the manager got busy with “other customers” (haven’t seen anyone to leave the managers office when I came in). If there could be a 0 star option, I would do that. Despite sending them thousands emails, daily voicemails and calls, no one in the management has guts to pick it up or respond. I moved out from Arc on august 20, 2025 it’s march 2026 still hasn’t received my 600 dollars security deposit check. I don’t know whether they stuffed the money into their stomach but jbh Arc is a scam and they are fraud.
After the old staff left the new staff and more specific the counter staff, they dont want to help you or give you an alternative to solve your issue, the only staff I saw that can solve problems is the GM. Then, the after hours help no longer exists, you can call a hundred times to the Emergency Line and no one is going to answer. How a good building could turn into something so bad administrated?
the trashiest residence in the whole of canada. Their back door was out of order for an entire week , during peak winter due to which our delivery drivers had to walk all the way to the front in this cold weather and we’d also have to walk all the way around for an uber. and right after they fixed that ther elevator is down. it’s down EVERY SINGLE WEEK! this is RIDICULOUS. this building is so pricey and for what? this mess? a damn shame
The problem with this student housing is the management. Some are great, while some are just problematic and have some complexity issues with their self. To the indian guy who got pissy with me last week, calm yourself down and have some manners. This isn’t India; this is Canada. You chose to come here. Leave if you don’t appreciate the culture here. It’s not like we needed ya anyway
