EDIT #2: mgmt responded to my email and disregarded my request to terminate the lease early - they have not responded to my follow up, it has been nearly 24hrs. As of 07/16/26, I am still seeing live baby and adult German cockroaches in my unit. I am incredibly disappointed in how management has handled this situation and how hard it is to get a reply during an urgent situation.
