They keep ignoring my concern about a problem I have in my apartment. The work order hasn’t been completed. Manager is not responding to calls and office lies about work order. I have tried to contact them I have even talk to the managers manager and they won’t call back. It is ridiculous they have a no smoking policy and neighbors weed smell keeps coming into my apartment.
These apartment staff are very unprofessional. And has lied to ours faces many times.... They were suppose to adjust my rent due to a washer that was broke for 2 and a half months and I had to pay for wash...but remind you that I was paying a fee very month for the appliances here at these apartments. I was told by the the Better Business Bureau that the apartments agreed to adjust my rent and waive the fee. Did they do it????? Absolutely NOT!
This new management company charged me fees I was not responsible for. I signed a new lease in July to start in October. Their computer system added an additional person to the lease whom I do not know. They admitted it was a computer error that they were unable to fix. It took them several months to correct the error. In the meantime, they said that I should be on a month to month lease which I still dont understand (again, my lease was signed in July).
