I am a current resident dealing with an ongoing ant infestation, and at this point, I am extremely frustrated with how this has been handled. I had scheduled a tour for 4:45 to see a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I had previously toured a 1 bed 1 bath due to them not having any 2 bed 2 baths to tour and had asked if I could be notified when there was a 2 bed 2 bath available. EDIT #2: mgmt responded to my email and disregarded my request to terminate the lease early - they have not responded to my follow up, it has been nearly 24hrs. As of 07/16/26, I am still seeing live baby and adult German cockroaches in my unit. I am incredibly disappointed in how management has handled this situation and how hard it is to get a reply during an urgent situation.
