I was not able to move-in on my lease start date because the apartment was not ready and is hazardous!!!! I asked them to fix the issues soon so that I’d be able to move. They have not fixed a single issue yet though it’s been 3 days already since my move-in date! So unprofessional!!!! They don’t reply to the emails so DON’T bother replying to this review with a response adding the rhetorical email “…..please email wellsbranchleasing@bpapartments.com… bla bla bla…” Instead, fix the issues ASAP!!!!
