Unfortunately, our experience with the maintenance service, especially regarding the air conditioning, has been very poor. Responses are slow, issues are not resolved in a timely manner, and on several occasions the repairs were not done properly. Having a properly working air conditioning system is not a luxury, it is a necessity, especially when there are small children at home. I’ve lived here for five years, and the current property manager, Bryan, has been great to work with. He is professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the condition of the property. Any questions or maintenance issues are handled promptly, and communication is always clear. The community is well maintained, and it’s been a consistently positive living experience. I would definitely recommend this property.

Muy mala experiencia, cambian de personal cada semana , aplique me dieron un departamento para mi fecha de mudanza luego me llaman y me dicen que ya lo tomaron perdí 300 de aplicación +45 de administración quedé sin departamento y sin el dinero ... mal personal después que aplicas te mientes y a lo último como para salir de ti , te dicen que aumentaron el precio que cada jueves los aumentan que ya el de 1.300 está en 1.500 son unos ladrones e estafadores se lavan las manos diciendo que la persona que me ayudó con la aplicaci... read more
