Some webs were still present because waterhose pressure alone is. It strong enough. Power washing is required for such activity but none th less it was finally done. Thank you.
I am just about to move out but I wanted to make sure to write about how great of an experience I had living here. First and foremost the leasing/residents team of Katrina and Hannah are absolutely incredible! Extremely helpful and are always available for any questions or issues that come up. My apartment was beautiful and so fairly priced that I am really going to miss living there, especially when it's so hard to find anything else in the OC area right now.
Miguel was our temp maintenance man. Very polite. Read the work order and I verified the problem. He showed me the old aerator full of debris. Replaced it with a newer one and PRESTO! Greater water force!!
