Tenants upstairs has a dog who runs around like it's a dog park & constantly heavily stomping, constant dragging noises, loud bangs that shake my apartment because they constantly throw/drop heavy stuff. Their door slamming is just as bad. We are woken up all hours of the night DAILY. They scream & cuss at each other when fighting. They blast television & music & holler "WOOO!" "Yeahhh!" late hours.
