That pool has always been closed since I've lived here. It's been six months now and it's always the same.
I sent an email needing a service to the department, they never showed up and they sent me an email where it said that my requirement had been completed when it wasn't
Since becoming a resident here, I am pleasantly astonished at the courtesy, respect and professionalism of the staff here. Chaquita, Lamar and A'donte have been on their jobs since day one. If I could not give it a star I would, floods every time it rains and they don't fix it, you practically have to swim to get to the apartment
Great customer service, the manager LaTera made sure that I had the apartment that I really wanted and addresses all issues promptly! Maintenance is so polite and helpful, Adante has a very positive attitude and is always happy and friendly. Jadon and Stanley will go out of their way to be sure I have anything I need anytime I ask. Beautiful property and perfectly placed right next to garden city elementary.
