Verified Renter I haven't lived in an apartment complex for over 20 years and was a little hesitate. However, after touring The Arbors and meeting the staff I was sold. Their helpfulness in getting my application submitted and approved was amazing. They gave me the service and attention that you normally get from the staff of a 5 star hotel. My son and I are really happy we moved here.

Quiet, nice office staff Very quiet property. Courteous staff. Some ratchet people but only in one building. Overall a good deal for the price if you can get in.
