Everything is ok at this Japanese family owned dental firm until it comes time for money to change hands, then hold onto your wallet. They got a nice writeup in the Irvine News that failed to mention that they routinely try to overcharge their patients for services. This happened to me twice. Charged me $30 more for a whitening kit than what I was quoted and then tried to charge me more than $200 for a deep cleaning than I was quoted on paper. Horrible People – Average dentist, problem is they are always overcharging you for the work, despite insurance reimbursements. Are the business office people skimming the fat? Who knows, and who cares. If these Japanese are dumb enough to put the bill paying/insurance collecting person is charge of collecting from patients, they deserve their misfortune. Renee, the front office mgr, is a snake who you can smell a mile away. Avoid this firm at all costs unless you enjoy fending off thieves.
