This place is infested with roaches.poor management , always short staffed(which is a problem all over the country in alfs) room leak when it rains. food quality is very poor not alot of healthy options

RecommendedMountain Ridge is a great happy place for your loved ones. My mother-in-law loves it there. She has been there a year now. The administration, caregiver, and all the staff are wonderful and take the time to answer all your questions and assist you in any thing you need. RecommendedMy grandfather stayed here right when they opened. They were on the ball from the start, we were impressed. He was definitely a challenge and they went out of their way to work with him. My mother and I both have a background in geriatrics, so our expectations were pretty high.

I love Mountain Ridge Assisted Living. My family and I are so grateful for the love and care they give our mother. We looked at many other places before deciding on Mountain Ridge. Momma is so happy there and the staff so kind. There have been some administrative changes over the years. The professionalism of the staff has made these changes appear seamless. I worked there for 10 yrs at the front desk (now retired) and we have the best staff! Not only are they so kind and helpful to the residents but also to the staff. Many times I have asked them for help with a resident or called them to the front desk for help and they are always willing to do anything and with a smile even if it is something they would rather not do. Thanks everyone for all your smiles and courtesies you give to the residents and to the front desk. I miss you all so much!
