Recommendedso far my experience been pretty good I believe the office staff and everything are friendly and so far something needed to be fixed they were right on it I've been here about seven months now so far so good
I came in this morning to pick up my holding deposit cuz I found another place to live. They cashed my money order and now have to wait for days for there Corporate office to send me a check. We never agreed on a move in date! What may have been an honest mistake? Has ended up costing me my time, my energy, and gas.
Management is horrible, unprofessional, misleading, disregard public safety, arrogant, belittling and condescending towards their own tenants! They rarely follow through with service issues and when they do the work is shoty/jerry rigged. I've made service appointments for issues within the unit, ie. Provide some minimal security. I have heard reports of crimes and vehicle break-ins, and I understand the management has been notified, but no help is offered and no night-time guards are patrolling the complex. This is a very large complex and it is ripe for criminals ... it is shocking that the management does not do more to protect its residents.
These Apartments are absolute shit. Not worth your time and your money Trust me it was a BIG Mistake
If you like non working appliances, outdated carpet and the potential to fall through the floor in the bathroom, or you have a major meth addiction this is the spot for you...come to the Apple where they stand for academic success...watever the fuck that means??? DONT DO IT!!
I've been living at the Apple for little over a year now. The Apple could improve a lot more. On the flier there is some false. The new management is unorganized, mistakes on charges, and complete could use a upgrade. The people are great on the other hand and my place is an alright place.
