We keep getting locked out of the building with no access to the data center. We have an emergency and need access, but there is no one available on the weekends to help. Even Verizon/XO who rent the space for the data center can't get anyone to help with building access. Now we could potentially lose a client. Do NOT use Appelt or XO until they get a better system in place!
