MOLD INFESTED WALLS I lived at apartments at the venue for two years, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There is a serious mold infestation on the walls. Maintenance addresses this issue by spraying a solution on it and wiping it off... only for the mold to grow back days later. This was a serious health issue for myself and my family. Property Upkeep Is Horrible!! I have lived at the Verandas for a little less than a year and I have noticed that several times the garbage area where residents are suppose to take their trash had been overflowing, this weekend it has overflowed so bad people have started to pile up the trash up the sidewalk and all in the bushes.. This is not only at one dumpster, but at both!! I feel so bad for having to leave my trash on the sidewalk but I honestly have no choice. I wish management would step in and do something about this... read more

Pet stations should and will be restocked to better supply puppy bags for pet waste and compactors are compacted daily. Can't believe this place Well let me start off saying that they allow people that are not on a lease to be there they also allow convicted drug felons in the gated community so we are moving because I want my children safe and not around drug addicts I have addressed this with the staff many times still with no results so we have decided to pack our stuff and leave....

Don’t do it! This apartment complex is horrible when it comes to customer service. There is so much to say about this place but I’ll keep it brief and straight to the point. We were without air for 3 straight summer months (they tried to patch it the part instead of replacing it). We had to complain to corporate to even get a floor unit. Then the floor unit left our carpet completely soaked! We were never fully compensated for the inconveniences or the increase in our electric bill. Next issue was the washer. The staff (Jessica and Katie) are super nice. They're very helpful, I highly recommend this place. This place is very well built. There is an obvious emphasis on size. The architect did an excellent job. There is so much space in these apartments, they're very open and inviting and spacious. You feel like you're in a house because it is so large and space is the most important thing to me in regards to an apartment next to the physical appearance. I really like it here. Really nice apartment complex and staff Just moved in this month and so far I am really liking it. The apartments are really nice and at a good price considering how nice it is. Not much going on in Valley, but the staff are nice and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Really close to the Valley sports complex, which is really nice. Coming from a small Townhouse the two-bedroom that I'm in right now is awesome. Neighbors are really nice as well.

Loving my apartment!!! I have lived at the Verandas for almost a year now. I love my apartment and the relaxation I get from not having to worry about anything. If something happens in my apartment I go online and fill out a maintenance ticket and they are there to fix it. I love the people in the office and my apartment.

Nice & quiet community! I have really enjoyed living in the Vistas side of the Apartments at the Venue. I also work in housing so I can be pretty picky but overall, I've had no issues while living here. It's extremely quiet and my neighbors are all very nice. The maintenance staff and office staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool area at the Vistas is gorgeous and my favorite place to relax when it's warm!
