I’ve had a really positive experience with the new management at Park Charles. Cameron Cooper has been very responsive and professional when I had feedback, he followed up quickly and thoughtfully. It makes a big difference to feel heard and supported as a resident.
This apartment building (North and South towers @ Charles Plaza) is infested with roaches & is not at all in a safe area, move somewhere else! Since my move-in date of July 17, 2025, I have never spent a single night in the apartment due to these issues. Recently moved out and here are my pros and cons: Pros: 1. Decent area 2. Public transportation 3. Restaurants and grocery store on property 4.Gym 5.Front desk reception Cons: 1. Not enough elevators working and sometimes dirty 2. Sketchy people roaming the building 3. Laundry room dirty with broken washers and dryers and broken entry door 4.
