I am currently under high threat of fire because a tenant above me insists on throwing lit cigarettes onto dried shrub leaves and dried pine needles. management cannot assure us of 100% fire safety
My husband and I moved in March 1st and absolutely love living here! Great location, great staff, very safe and clean. It was exactly what we were looking for!!

Front office staff was great, just make sure you give a 2 or 3 month notice when you move out or you will be paying an extra month. Oh and with the pet fee, pet deposit, and security deposit they will use every penny to replace the carpet due to hair and not attempt to clean them because the "carpet guy" who gets paid to replace carpets said to. Shady business practices, upper management impossible to get a hold of. Don't get stuck in the same fight i did going back and forth.
I love my new home-been here for 4 months. The staff is great, the notifications about package arrivals and maintenance is great, and the area is peaceful and maintained very well.
My husband and I have been here since July 2017 and absolutely LOVE living here because of the community, the lifestyle, and more importantly, THE PEOPLE! The staff are awesome.
