Very nice and quiet community. The apartment is nice and the Maintenance is almost immediate. It's in a great location too! I'm super happy here!
it's a place to live, the rent a little high for the apartment. it is close to things
The pool and accompanying fountain have not been cleaned in a few weeks. There are things floating in the pool that have been there for a week or two. The fountain has algae and the wind blows the dirty water on to patrons. The apartment managers need to seriously consider hiring a professional company to manage and maintain the pool and fountains.
We love The apartments at Blakeney. Really enjoyed the different food trucks. Carly and Megan are very friendly as are the maintenance men. They are quick to respond to any problems.
I'm new here, moved in January 2016 and am having the best experince living here. Maintenance is the best, work requests are completed in 24 hours or less, they are friendly and respectful, the common areas are well-kept and the leasing staff is very friendly as well as sensitive to the needs of the residents. Location is Great!Highly recommend!!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. My wife and I lived in The Apartments at Blakeney for our first 16 months in Charlotte. We enjoyed the accessibility to shopping, restaurants and 485. We loved walking over to the Shops at Blakeney for a coffee at Starbucks or the music series on Friday and Saturday nights during the summer.
