AC has been out for 8 weeks through 2 heat waves, and they haven't lifted a finger. "It's under warranty, we're waiting on a part" ... If it takes 8 weeks+, find another supplier with a better warranty. The property manager had the audacity to pipe up and talk to me like I owe him something, instead of being helpful whatsoever. These people don't have your comfort/best interest in mind.
We live in cloister Garden Apartments in Ephrata And the pool has been open a total of four days the entire summer there’s always an issue with the pool. It is 100° and this pool has been closed again since the Fourth of July it wasn’t even open for the holiday weekend every day we get emails that there’s something wrong with the pool that they’re working on it. I wish I could give zero stars. This company cares nothing about those who rent from them, and only about money. I rent at the hillside apartments in York and ever since the apartment gallery bought it, I’ve hated living here. Long story short- they don’t want to spend the money to properly fix maintenance things. They refused to get new ac units to those who’ve need it, they refuse to properly fix the roof/attic that has holes and lets in water and squirrels! We have had squirrels in our furnace closet. For the York county cool creek location specifically.. Terrible place. Terrible management. Nobody to call to hold anyone or their misconduct accountable. The leasing lady Mercedes berated my more than kind Wife on the phone for needing to reschedule a non emergency preventative maintenance service after they had sent out a very short notice during a week where we were dealing with a death in the family.
