Shannon has helped me countless times in my darkest days when depression and OCD took hold of my life. It would be an understatement to say that she knows what she's doing. My therapist made me feel like I was understood. She was understanding on why I have such high anxiety and made me feel like there is a resolution on dealing with it. I look forward to our next session.
I’m just a few sessions in with my therapist, but already this center has been a wonderful help to navigating and overcoming my OCD. Very calming aesthetic/ atmosphere, therapists are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable, and there’s free snacks!
