Been here twice to get my hair done. First time the stylist had two clients going at once, service felt rushed but I returned thinking it may have just been a busy day. Second time I came in platinum blonde, asking for a low maintenance honey blonde. We agreed on lowlights and I walked out with completely brown hair. I didn’t let her cut or style it as I didn’t trust her. I felt my concerns were diminished when the stylist attempted to convince me I was still blonde (I am not, some pieces are nearly black).
