Property is billed as "luxury", but landscaping is horrible. Weeds have taken over, grass knee deep and shrubs as tall as windows.

I am being mistreated by my office management and I have contacted corporate management for help. No one in corporate management will contact me concerning my issues after repeated requests over several months time frame. I am totally frustrated and disappointed.

Business response:

*******, we would be happy to assist you with your concerns, but we no longer manage any communities in that zip code. Please fill out our customer service form, so the appropriate person can reach out if Pinnacle is still the manager of your building - https://pinnacle.formstack.com/forms/customerservice. Thanks!
