Renovate and reasonable rent
dishonest, money grabbing
I have lived here for over 14 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make putting in work orders and paying your rent online very easy.
Staff in leasing office are pathetic and extremely rude (especially the manager) except Saira.. maintenance is so poor , it takes weeks after a request is submitted since they have only 2 staff working taking care of all apartments.. they charge hefty rent amounts only due to schools being the CISD.. apartments are extremely old and ready to crumble.. not happy at all !!
Love the place and im glad Debi is gone. She never responded to emails. The only that did was Sahria. Sahria is quick and very easy to work with. Hopefully our new property manager will respond to emails and not ignore them.
